This is the best one I have. You basically take piece you cut out of the middle (that I marked), and cut the 1" flange off the top of it, and the sides cut at 90-degrees, at the point right after the angles start. This will give you the horizontal bottom piece, and it should end at the same point as the back of the top of the bumper. The rest is just making the angle pieces and welding them in and grinding them down.

Can you please post a picture of what the radiator and skid plates look like in kit form? I'm guessing they will already be bent or is that not the case?

The only thing the skids need is to be welded together. Already bent and everything.

Thanks Mike. I kinda figured and had a start on it. I'm effective but not proficient at making these little angle pieces. I love the quality of the bumper. I've made a couple mistakes, but I think the finished product is going to be awesome.

I took Tue night off to spend with the family, and Wed the welder messed up. I got the Shackles in, and 3 of the 5 pieces for the LT kit. I also finished the welds for the main bumper and did some grinding. However, it's not ready for more pics yet. lol I'll keep going...

I use the Pro-Comp Explorer lights, but quite a few of the 5" or 6" lights work with those tubes.

Mike- I don't think this would be an issue, but I have the PCM of NC trans cooler kit and do you know if there will be a fitment issue? I can't find any pics of the rad skid on the driver side which is where the hoses route up through.

It's nearly completely symmetrical, so what it looks like on the driver side is what it looks like on the passenger side. There's room for the factory PS cooler hoses, so I would assume the PCMoNC it routed the same way, and it should be fine. Nobody's ever said anything about it, and I've been doing skids nearly as long as they've been doing those kits.

Maybe I am just ignorant on the topic, but it appears that the skid pictures are of them already on the car. I wanted to know to know what they looked like beforehand still in kit form. I know the thread said it is "extremely self-explanatory", but I can't see anything done on them. Not trying to feed the trolls, I am just curious before I spend my money on them. I figured this was the place to ask questions, tell me if I am wrong.

Correct. You take the (2) pieces, mount them separately on your TB, tack them together, pull it down, and weld it up. No holes to drill. All the holes are already in it.
