sure i missed it somewhere while i was reading all the threads but ill be straight forward.
basic bumper with only driving light holes. no shackles no reciever can even go without light holes if its cheaper

Yeah plan on adding that stuff later locally just want the basic bumper for now its a cost thing. Always have $ over time just hard to make the initial purchase so if i can bring cost down in any way i would rather do that. I know its gonna cost more in the longrun but thats how my finances are set up lol

If Mike does the shackle mounts they tie into the frame for the strongest anchor point.
If you add them later they won't be as strong.
I think they are only a $25 add on if I remember right. It's not worth doing it yourself.

As I said in the PM, and will say here for posterity, if there's one thing NOT to delete, it's the shackle mounts! I can take off $25 for not getting them, but you'll have the holes in the bumper where they would go; and for a local welding shop to make them and weld them in (they're 1"x3"x5" bar stock with a 15/16" hole in them), you're looking at a solid $150. They're too thick to be welded on by a 120V welder, as well.

Also, the "wings" that I charge $25 for would also cost you around $150-$200 to get done at a local shop, later.

They'll charge you $75 or so to put in a 2" receiver that I charge $50 to do, etc...

Yes, they're what you'd call "in there"...

This is the inside of Dirtybacon's bumper, up side down on the bench.

Tripple-pass welded on the inside for a nice big radius, and the last pass up agains the shackle mount is done at 210 amps. My Miller 211 cranked all the way up...

SO wanna hear a boner kill?! I was following the tracking number you gave me for the Conway website. It said my package has arrived in San Diego at 6:55pm TONIGHT! Super excited, i called and asked how late they would be there for pick up. They said till 9. So i hopped in my truck and headed down there. After getting there, the receptionist says "Yea, we have it. BUT its at the very front of a VERY full long truck. So it wont get unloaded until around 1 or 2 am. You can pick it up on monday"

Well, I was going to take pics of the install... but it went too quick. It really is just 2 steps. Remove OEM bumper, Install badass bumper. Just the 2 bolts. You reuse the OEM bolts, but Mike provides new nuts. Bolts go in upside down, and ya gotta reach around and up the back of the bumper to get the nut on. Plenty of working room though. Very simple and fit perfectly. Took me 5 minutes in the rain to install it. Did it right there in the Conway Shipping parking lot. I was getting compliments before I even mounted it!

I'll get better pics tomorrow in the light!! SUPER HAPPY! now for those pesky 89s...

Doh! I keep them in the house, because temperature/humidity kills them, and I pretty much never remember to put them in with the bumpers/skids... I've got like 5 people that I can never remember to send out...
