Both bumpers are now officially cut out... Just need to squeeze the hour into production time to get them bent... Could be I have to wait my turn, and they could let me squeeze in like they did last time... We will see...

Coolness 8-) Now I just gotta find some poor shmucks on the OS the partake in my light mod services to make some extra mod money. What kind of hookup can I get if I order the bumper and both skids at the same time?

$20 off the total, and close to a $50 break in shipping... The 2 big ones, or all 3 will mean freight shipping on a pallet for about the same price as just shipping the bumper UPS or Fedex...

Looks pretty good, but, any chance of having the bends follow the lines of the grill more? Make the center piece a little shorter... ? Maybe it just needs to grow on me, but I like the look of the first bumper more...

Not sure how to make it shorter...It goes from bottom of frame to grill. The bends are at outside edge of frame, but I said someone would menion where the welds show. I cant wait to paint it and see what everyone thinks.

I'm not nitpicking Mike's work at all. It's a fantastic looking product. Once its painted, it will certainly look a million times better. I'd be very proud to display that on my TB.

That thing is straight up sick.

Damn you Mike. Stop making me not want to do my own bumper.

I could make the bend lines exactly go down the grill/headlight seams, but the bumper would have to stick out another 3-4", and the mounting would have to be more complex, bumpers more expensive, etc...

This particular one for the 3" body lift has a 45 degree angle in the front, and 20 degree angles on the sides (because there's less back-set on the sides than the front)... A 45 degree angle and a 20 degree angle won't meet on a straight line.

Yes, that'll happen early-mid next week... The non-body-lifted version is, of course, 3" shorter, and the angles aren't so odd... All 45s...
