Doors shut almost too tight... interior handle comes apart

Anyone else have this problem? Both front doors do it. I've noticed that it's almost like my TB is too airtight, or the weather strip too firm or whatever. If you don't actively think about making sure the doors close, they will end up ajar.

Best way to fix the door panels, if nothing else? They don't seem to be broken... it's just like the pop apart when you pull firmly enough on them.

Well, I was incorrect...they are broken. Both sides.
