Rear Tension Arm backordered indefinitely??? GM# 15223490

As the title states, I can't find the tension arm any where and Mine rotted out and broke off..

Any help would be appreciated GM# 15223490

That's the pan hard bar which they still make. The tension bar is a bar that goes above the upper control arm and has the mount for the air ride sensor.
