This is one of the more realistic ideas to be approached for both OffroadTB.com and the OS.

This project is still a go, even though I lost the lift. Lately I've been dealing with an unanticipated move, looking for work, getting into school, and a mess of other things. I haven't had time to make any progress. As soon as everything settles and I have my new garage built into a decent shop, I should be able to bang some prototypes out in no time. Just keep your eye out for test threads in the upcoming months.

always interested, but would love to see the turnaround time. this thread has aged considerably since we expressed interest. Hel you are not even lifted... :raspberry:

Half my truck is prototype...What help do you need from the hardcore, fender cut running part of the scene?

Good question. Gimme some measurements of your cuts, so I know how much leeway is needed to accommodate. I know it has been a few months, but some crazy shit's been happening around here. I haven't even started working on them yet, so it's not like a six month preorder or anything. I'd like to think I can get sets made within a couple of days once the molds are done.

I may have ditched the lift, but I was one of the more badass ones when I was up there.

Some progress is definitely going to be made very soon. I've been doing some planning, taking measurements, deciding on prototype materials. Keep your eyes open for something sooner rather than later.

Any updates on this Bob? I'm thinking about moving the thread to the truck discussion area... unless you can give me a compelling reason not to.

Yeah, what he said. I'm really interested considering they really look down upon the tires sticking out from the fenders in my state :(

How wide are you getting them? my 265s barely stick out. And don't you have the extra LTZ flares? you can always stack 2 of those in the meantime
This is an aggressive post. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate a post of this quality and depth.

Wish I had some progress to tell you about, but things have been really tight lately, not leaving any extra for these or the snorkel. I will be back on both of them soon, so I might recommend keeping the thread here. But it's your show. I'm just along for the ride.

It may be better to make a new thread in the vendor section once you produce something anyways... this one's kinda muddled. Or if you choose, I can always move this thread back there!

Let me know any progress dude!

Gotcha, man. Thanks for keeping it alive! I do agree, this thread has more than strayed off course on several occasions. I'll keep you all posted as things are updated.

I'm probably gonna stick 285/75/16's on it when I get some 16" wheels. Those will stick out a bit, and I'm looking at buying some "spare" flares to coat in bedliner, just in case I ever feel like taking the truck back to stock. I'm going to end up having an entire truck worth of spare parts.
