best exhaust manifold for replacement

I've noticed a few different styles of manifolds popping up for our platform. Does anyone have a recommendation on which style is better or what to stay away from?

I'm not spending the money on a header, there are other upgrades that just make more sense.

I'm also thinking a food warmer/cooker could be built while the manifold is off.
