This is how I added tow hooks until I can get skids/bumper made. Prolly not ideal but it'll work for me.

Went to junk yard and picked up a pair of hooks from a 99ish blazer.

Drilled out the front hole to 1/2" so my existing bumper bolt would go through. And cut 1/4" off the back of the hook to fit the frame. Took out the bumper bolt and ground the frame flat. Then just bolted the hook to the frame using the bumper bolt and stitched the back side.
