Well, I am officially home and had a plethora of car parts and truck mods waiting for me :friday:

First day home and first time with Victoria (my TB) in over a year, so we took it nice and easy.

Spent all of four hours installing a K&N 57 series intake system. With the exception of losing the O2 temp grommet, it went really smoothly. *After unsuccessfully searching for the fallen grommet, I took the bike to part store after part store looking for a suitable replacement; which was fun, haven't ridden in a year either*

All in all it was a very successful and eventful modification and very easy to do.

Anything noticeable after install? Car seem smoother or more responsive?
Once lifted 03 Trailblazer on 35's, gave it up to travel the USA with my family.

Oh yeah! I wasn't expecting much. There is a noticeably more aggressive sound coming from the engine. It's not big or loud but noticeable. I can definitely feel she breaths better and is more responsive to acceleration. A great simple improvement from stock. P.S. Be mindful of that rubber grommet!
