I know, I think it'll look very odd, but I can't justify just putting herculiner down low, since I never get scratches there really... It'd be a purely aesthetic thing. Just trying to figure something out to protect the vehicle where it does get scratched up.

Really digging that option 1 with the black down low... Should have mentioned, majority of scratches are in line with the door handles.

Well, now that I have a plan, next paycheck is execute time!

Thanks for the photoshop Mario!

So what will it cost to get you to do mine like that?

It doesn't take more than a couple hours, the longest most boring time is taping off everything. Being that you live in MS and I live in IL probably cost you more in gas than would make it worth it. If you are worried about doing it yourself just find someone who's either good at taping or good at painting (they usually go hand in hand). The process is extremely straight forward, just follow the instructions on the side of the box. Hopefully the next guy that does it will do step by step pictures and we can make an article out of it.

Lol I meant with a trailblazer by someone who's actually done it, we all know that markmc includes instructions with his lift kits, but it doesn't stop people from asking for STEP BY STEP instuctions on how to do it.......pretty sure the instructions mark includes are step by step, but I'm also not entirely retarded. It happens mostly on the OS but, ya get where I'm going.

Has anyone stripped out the carpet from the back and herculined it? I know I'm apprehensive to put somethings back there because I don't want to mess up the carpet. Also has anyone stripped all the carpet out of their TV and done the entire floor board with herculiner to include drainage holes? (we did this on my buddies jeep while he was in Iraq).

And is herculiner the spray on rubber like stuff or the roll on hard sand and paint mixture that chips off within a year?

Herculiner is the rubber like stuff, and you can spray it on or roll it on.

Looks Awesome. I think this is one of the next mods to buy into. And since there is a bit left over maybe i will hit the undercarraige a bit. I've been wanting to do it since I bought the TB but was aaprehensive. But know I can get it done.

I'm looking into U-Pol Raptor Liner, primarily because it's a 2-part system (hardens more) and because it's tintable!

I refer to my previous qusetion: Has anyone lined the rear interior of their TB or Envoy? Does anyone think this would be a good idea? I know some people here have removed their carpet liners, are there any tips for that?

I think this would be good for cleaning it out afrter carrying dirty tools, nasty clothes, general muddy stuff, or dead animals(for hunters). Obviously a trailer is the desired thing for such items but for those of us who can't aford one or aren't good at manuevering one.

I herculined the entire inside of my 71 K5 Blazer years ago. Made clean out easy schmeezy.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't do the same to your TB. If my carpet ever gets nasty enough I probably will.

My friend and I did the inside of my buddies jeep while he was in Iraq but we didn't have to worry about much cause we stripped the whole thing down first no seats, carpet, dash, etc...

Just wondering how easy it would be to spray without removing everything or if it would be too much of a pain and I should just use a roll on product?

I wouldn't spray anything into the interior of a vehicle that wasn't gutted, paint or otherwise.

Roll it on IMO.
