ahhh gotcha, They were ac delco but idk what kind ill have to check

did you ever check your plugs to make sure they were the AC Delco Iridium 41-103?
Did you save your old ones?
reading back through your notes, it started after changing your plugs and z71s.
Since it isn't rotational, I would investigate the plugs again.
If you have the old ones(I sometimes keep junk like this as spares), I might put them back in to see if anything changes.

So I have been noticing a few things, one being that as the vibration starts I don't seem to be losing power but when I come to a complete stop the trucks idle is worse then before

Dude,

Everything seems to be pointing to some sort of misfire, or non-optimal combustion. Did you check to make sure you have AC Delco Iridium 41-103? Are you SURE you have no codes? Perhaps your CEL is defective. Go to autozone and get your codes read and report to us.

So i got with my uncle and he took a look at everything and told me pretty much its one of two things, its either the harmonic balancer or the torque converter. hoping its the balancer -_-

Did you check your computer for any pending codes?

have you checked your plugs yet?
That is a real cheap easy solution known to cause problems.
When my son's harmonic balancer went out on his jeep, you could look at it while idling and see it wobbling. You might even see it "walking" toward the engine, signs of rubbing or "walking" away from the engine.

I think they want you to check your plugs.
I hate to advocate weird chemicals, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone...but
they've always worked for me.

so you verified they were "AC Delco Iridium 41-103"?
AC Delco makes a lot of plugs.

So you've checked your plugs then? Lol!

I'm glad you now have an idea of what it is, I can't say that I agree, but it's entirely possible for a harmonic balancer to cause these issues. Believe it or not, I had a harmonic balancer malfunction on the first motor in my 'vette, let me tell you, if the harmonic balancer is the issue it is IMPERATIVE that you not operate the engine until it's fixed as you are only causing damage to your bearings.
