As far as I know, no kit. But the parts are available pretty readily

Mk. Well u asked where the TCCM came from. 02 trailblazer from the salvage yard. Came in that morning. Fixed the service 4wheel light. All noises are there and it's saying I'm in 4, so I'm assuming it's ok. The guy looked up the part number off it and it said works for 02-05 trailblazers... That TB has all the things I need as far as cv shafts, disconnect, actuater, transfercase, and a G80(wich i might scoop up as well)

You must have missed the memo that 2002 TCCMs are to be shunned. Might work now, but I wouldn't trust it long term.

True. I manually pushed the splined disconnect into place and it still didn't lock 4 wheel

Define what you mean by no 4x4?

Right now I can't really tell you much. From my understanding your TCCM is currently not working. It was off a 2002 and then is just died..

Manually engaging the disconnect means nothing. Lets say you used a screwdriver to engage it, what will keep it engaged? There is a spring that constantly tries to keep it disengaged, so unless you do the poor mans mod to the disconnect or keep the actuator on it, it will automatically disconnect even after you manually engage it.

As of now there is only one way I can really think of helping you. Put the actuator back on the disconnect and put it in 4hi. Jack up the passenger wheel and rotate it. Does the front prop shaft rotate?

If no; your disconnect is broken. If yes, the disconnect is working but your TC is not engaging and you need to get a proper TCCM on it.

I did follow the chart. It lead me to likely the transfercase. Again. My brothers being skeptics. They drive 90's jeeps, so no computer nothing there. I trust your guys'..s information. You definitely know tons more about this than I. But, I'm learning. Now, I know that when I lift both tires of the ground rotating the passenger tire, the drivers tire does rotate, but ever so slightly. It rotates the opposite direction . Which I think it's correct . Am I wrong?

Only jack up just the passenger side. It is good news that the drivers side wheel rotates, but it could just be the disconnect is only partially engaged or that residual friction is allowing the drivers side wheel to rotate slightly.

Jack up just the passenger wheel, watch the front prop shaft, tell us what happens. Then we'll get somewhere.

You're correct! It is your transfer-case or the TCCM that is attached to it.

Now we don't know if your clutches are toast or if the TCCM is just dead. Before you drop money on a new TCCM, try and find a buddy with a trailblazer that has a 4x4 system known to work. Slap it on your TB, see if it works. If 4x4 works, the TCCM was your problem. Get a new TCCM and put new Autotrack II fluid in it and you should be good to go!

If not, then your clutches are burnt and you need a new TC.

A quick local search of Autotrac 2 brings up lots of information.

We're here to help you, but you gotta take some effort and search up terms.

AutoTrac II only which you can pretty much only get from the dealer.

Auto Trak II. Accept no substitutes. Other transfer cases are not like ours. Also well-documented as the only fluid to use.
