by Dirtyd » Tue Nov 26, 2013 8:14 pm

The last couple days when I go to turn my car off ,I turn the key in the car will stay running and going to limp mode and finally die. When I go to start at the next morning the vehicle will be dead. It has a brand new battery. I have no idea what is causing these issues. Any help Will be much appreciated.

Seems obvious to start with the ignition switch. How-to articles have been posted on GMTNation and that "other site".

:Iagree:
It wouldn't be the first trailblazer needing an ignition switch. Hatchet just put one in his truck about a week ago.
It's not how fast you go. It's how quick you get there. Lifted TBSS Build

The wiring color code at the switch has been posted a few times on GMTN and trailvoy. Use your meter and confirm the voltage on those pins in the various ignition modes.

Solved! Thanks roadie! It ended up all being caused by a badly corroded air pump relay.

I didn't help at all.... But thanks for the report. I can easily see how it would happen, but don't remember ever reading about this exact fault.
