Generally speaking the pcm is rarely the problem, those codes are there to tell you what is wrong so you can fix it easily (relatively speaking). The codes generally specify a specific sensor or parameter that is out of whack.
One of those codes might have something to do with the transmission, they might not. It's strongly advised to find out what the codes are and to write them down so we have somewhere to start from.
Check the transmission fluid level, note the color, it should be red.
From the info you provided so far, I'm unsure of what else to suggest. We need more info.
