RPMs drop in 4L

Something not working right?

by Moots1288 » Tue Sep 24, 2013 8:37 pm

So at Tecore we were at one of many hill climbs that weekend which entitled me to drop it in 4L. As doing so just at the beginning of the incline not much of a grade my voltage drop from 14.3 to 12.1 and RPMs dropped down to around 250 and if I didn't give it a little bit of a tap on the skinny pedal I would have stalled. My oil pressure did not drop and there was no noise of any sort, really I was just sitting waiting to go on wards with the hill. Just wondering if anyone has an idea of where I should start poking my head around?

Unexplained stalling when you already know you have a clean throttle body (I assume you would not have even posted this unless you has a squeaky clean TB), are next most likely to be a clogged or aging CPAS. Or plugs.
