Still pending the estimate from John's autobody...currently looking at vehicles for the "worst case scenario." I've found two that I like...but I need to wait for the official word on my truck.

This is it at the yard:

Not bad really. They aren't replacing the hood? Are they seriously going to pull that?

Just proved the reason to have your bumper cover on there when in town. They are only paying $312.50 to replace the bumper. If the cover was on there it would have been around $600 or so. Enough for a MDB Fabrication bumper and pretty much not have to worry about it again.

I think it says replace hood, for $290.

Since this is no longer a build, and now a repair discussion, I'm moving this out of the build thread area and opening this to free discussion.

Josh, when you're done with the repairs, you can either start a new thread (and pull data from this one), or PM one of us, and we can clean it up and move it back.

Oh I overlooked that trying to find it. I guess that is what I get for trying to read that so late at night. ;)

Then to not realize this was posted in his build thread...

So are they saying this is close enough to a total? If so, certainly buy it back, you should be able to make bank on it parting it out if nothing else.

Depends on Bluebook value, I am thinking that they will repair it.
