Not to rain on your parade... but do you realize Harbor Freight has that EXACT same winch plate for $40 regularly... and down to $20 on their usual sales.
Most winches come with a fairlead.

Fair enough... but that is HF brand where as mine is Superwinch. I know steel is steel...

If it was a US vs China thing I'd be with you... but Superwinch stuff is all out of China too.
