This is my new BDS 5500 at full extension. I think BDS did their homework here, any more extension would definitely require Ebrake line relocation and even then the hydraulic brake lines don't have much farther to go.



On a completely separate note. I'm tempted to pick up a spare set of control arms and play around with boxing/lengthening them.

Can you post up pictures that show the new shocks and the extra extension you got? I get mine in next week, but want to see if it will really solve my issue. Also, on your side note, you can order custom control arms from SuicideDoors.com in any length you want and full adjustable with flex joints on one end if you want.

Just installed my BDS 5500's and I must say, the on road ride is 10x better than with those shitty Z71 shocks and a lot less bouncy. For any one thinkin about them, I'd say do it. Very worth it.
