Lift shocks

BDS, ReadyLift, Smaxx... You name it, we know about it here.

Alright so me and my dad are hoping to lift his truck before Christmas with the Markmc 3 inch front and 2.5 inch rear lift off eBay. And 1.25 too 2 inch spacers with 31s or 32s. The
Agreement was if I pay for the lift and spacers he would pay for tires. Do I need to replace the shocks or will they be fine for now?

You can keep the front shocks, though this would be a good time to upgrade to the Bilstien HD. The rears will have to be replaced with longer shocks, or you'll tear them apart in short order. BDS make a longer unit for our trucks.

z71 is far from necessary.

The skyjacker are about the cheapest rear shocks people have good luck with
I hate to advocate weird chemicals, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone...but
they've always worked for me.

Z71 on rear with OEM rear shocks.
Front is a 1.5" spacer and a tall oem GM spring with Bilstien HD.
Hacksaw and 5 lb hammer = 33" tire :viking:

Cool thanks guys

Glad to know I don't need to springs too. Anthony let me know about the shocks if you ever plan on selling them.
