Rear Shock and spring help.

BDS, ReadyLift, Smaxx... You name it, we know about it here.

I have a 2006 TB 4x4 and I replaced the front set up with MOOG-ST8564 Front Coil Spring and Strut Assembly. Now I want to change the rear shocks and springs. Does anyone have any recommendations on which rear shocks and springs would work with the front set up I am using.

Bilstein 5125 on mine, but still stock spring with Mark MC spacers.

Same here - very good setup. I also have the MC spacers above this setup, but that would be too much for your setup unless you get the front end up more. The Z71 springs will add about a little bit of lift to the rear so make sure you get matching shocks with the appropriate full extended length.

I think that you would not want the z71 rears with how the truck sits now. As nice as it sits it would make for some crappy rake. Plus they ride like shit.

I tried the Bilstein HD, BDS, Rough Country, and Skyjacker rear shocks before going to the Bilstein 5125 and wish i had the 5125 earlier. Far superior. I would spend the bit extra and get them.

I do wonder with how yours sits....why you think you need rear springs? The shocks will help any ride issues and you do not appear to need any lift.

they've always worked for me.
