Looking for opinions on front susp

BDS, ReadyLift, Smaxx... You name it, we know about it here.

Would be great to have a opinion as to what is needed. I attached photos and you will notice the mount on one is degraded which is driver side though the passenger side seems to have more sag being that there is about a half inch less clearance between the passenger side tire and well over the driver side. I am wondering can I reuse my spacers for a new build and what else should I keep/replace. Also is it the 4600 series bilstein tthat everyones going with?

Looks like you just need a new strut mate kit or whatever.... Lift should be fine, but you will not know if you don't take it apart to see. Also what kind of lift are you running?

I got the bds lift. Strut mount kit? its the sagging on the passenger side that is making me think I might have to do more. My options for parts are "canadian prices" $130 for springs $200 for bilstein 4600 struts and about $100 for mounts totalling 430 or I can get monroe matic for around $300.

Yea man like I said I'm not there and it's not apart. Kinda looked like the rubber between upper strut mount and spring flattened out. Springs might help. Can't tell without seeing it more clearly brother.

Edit* oh I see, your spring flattened out a bit. Yea some moogs are probably your only option man, I've tried to buy sets from guys on here to no avail. Something always seems to happen. One guy flat out ignored me.

Manged to price out some parts via amazon. The mount itself looks like it is lower on one side, is there a certain way it should be turned when installed?

Not 100% sure as they came with the vehicle when I bought it. It does have the bds rear shocks so i assumed it was the whole kit.

Been doing some online reading and see what you mean.

What front lift kits are best for doing some offroading and managing to be the most gentle on steering components. It seems like there are 3 options being Marks, BDS and Rough country. Also With those do I need to purchase strut mounts separately? Seems like Marks and BDS come with it but not sure about the RC's.

And lastly after reading the how to install a lift kit I noticed that there were marks to be made as to the mount placement. If building the assembly from scratch what would be the best way to figure out these marks?

How thick are the spacers? 1.5"?
And it appears they are retaining the factory upper mounts..
maybe post a pic of upper mounts from under the hood..

i have a hunch those spacers are home made and to thick..wich could be most of your issue..

I don't think they are home made as I have a receipt from a shop, though it doesn't go into detail. Are you the Mark that sells the spacers from liftmeister?

Those are factory style upper mounts so i dont believe the front lift is BDS.
It is more like my 2.5" lift with what appears to be a thicker in assembly spacer..
i would suggest just replacing the upper mounts with new ones and call it good..

How thick is the spacer?

Yes. i am The Liftmeister guy
