Offroad Trailblazers and Envoys

My Plan

BDS, ReadyLift, Smaxx... You name it, we know about it here.

So I have plans for what I want to do, but I want to double check with you guys. I am planning first to get Mark 3" suspension lift. I will also get the front bilstien struts. That is it for now. So I have the rear spacers, stock rear shock and spring. Front spacer, bilstien strut with the stock spring. When I have the funds, I will upgrade the rear shocks and springs. Is it ok to do it like this? Will there be any disadvantage of doing this, versus doing the rear shocks and springs right away?

I would do the rear shocks right away.
It's not how fast you go. It's how quick you get there. Lifted TBSS Build

When you install the 2" rear spacer, you will need longer shocks else your factory ones will top out, make a racket and could fail.

I'm running OEM rear suspension with Mark's 2.5" kit and my advice would be to put new longer suspension on when you install the lift kit. The sounds of the shocks topping out is super irritating when offroad. I hate it. I have Z71 suspension sitting in my closet, it's just finding time to put it on.

I drove around for like 8 month's with stock shocks. It made noise, and limited me offroad, but never hurt anything really.

Also, I have the Skyjackers on there now, and it feels to me like it rides exactly the same lol.
