Looks like a solid solution if he could change out how the they connect to the rack and pinion on our platform. I know several were talking about fabtech tie rods when the 2500 tie rod mod was started, and a member found out that they wouldn't fit into our rack and pinion. I might be worth someone messaging him to see what he can do for us.

Fair enough, it's not easy to do on mobile, took me a bit to see the options. I would think there would be an issue with the bolts hitting the rack and pinion when the wheels are turned. I could be wrong and he may have a solution for that as well. I'm looking more into the guys stuff now.

Ah, I see. Well, from what the H3 guy's say, he has some specially turned bolts to clear, but I honestly don't know.

I came a crossed it here, http://www.hummer4x4offroad.com/forum/s ... n-H3-Alpha But I have no idea how similar the design's are up close.

Beefing up the tre's have been talked about before and one thing your not taking in to consideration is were those forces will go if the tre's are stronger like those in the link. Most veteran members and us engineers believe that it is possible to blow out the rack with something stronger than the 2500hd mod and rough country sleeve. Basically the stock and 2500hd tre's are a mechanical fuse. I hate to blow apart my rack in the back country.
