Offroad Trailblazers and Envoys

Isn't it time for a new Radflow group buy?

BDS, ReadyLift, Smaxx... You name it, we know about it here.

All those who want a new pair or those who want to change their current config, let's see how many people want the Radflo coilovers. Maybe we can get the manufacturer to build them again.

The mfg will still build them, as far as I know. You just have to go through Wheeler's Offroad, last I heard.

If we ever find an Envoy we will be using Radflos, that won't be until summer though.

It's just a matter of getting enough people to pony up the money. There's not many willing to part with the cash.

I can honestly say, at this point I'm perfectly happy with my Mark Mc/Polybushing/83 spring combo. Now when I get my MDB bumper and go up in spring rate next month, that may change.

Very tempting... My MDB bumper and skids are in the works now... Been thinking of new springs. How much $$$ are we taking here?

I think in the last group buy they were around $1k. Outside of the group buy seems like they are $1200-$1400. I'm just going from memory. I'm sure you could find it in a short search.

You're right Robert, the price is still on the offroadtb.com home page showing it was $796 a set which was $200 off normal price. Seems the most recent price had bumped a good bit at $1280 per set.
Here is the link to the thread with the latest quote.

We no longer offer or deal with RadFlo. You can certainly contact them and see if they will build a set for you.

This is what I got from Wheeler's Off Road.Anyways, $1250 is just too much.

I talked to radflo myself, he said they still make them, $1280. I was quoted $1320 for shipping to my zip. I asked him about doing a group buy, he said with 10 people that would be great. He is going to call me back with specific details on price etc. I'll post when I hear something back.

So radflo finally responded to me via email,

"We can definitely do a group buy on some of our Trailblazer coil-over kits. The standard retail price is $1280.00 for the pair. If we can get 10 sets pre-sold we can do these for $1050.00 per pair. Thanks"

So if people are interested, I would like to purchase a set as early as 1st week of March. Let everyone have time to file taxes or whatever the fuk it takes them to get the funds together, if we get 10 beforehand we can go ahead and pull the trigger.

I'm a little disappointed in the cost of Radflo now. I do like mine, but I don't think I would pay $1280 shipped. The group buy helps, but it still seems steep to me.

Aaahhh why are you doing this?? I just did my lift!!! :mechanic:

Ok - is the price you are quoting shipped?
what spring rate comes with these? Is it one size fits all? (I'm going to have a lot of weight with the add on's and V8)

And as for the owners of them, are these really worth it? I'm thinking once I get the bumper/brush guard/skid plates/winch on, I'm going to want to step up my springs anyway (I hate putting on a lift and watch it go back down with all the weight, knowing it makes the ride suffer).

If I do this, anyone want my ALMOST NEW 3" lift kit?

I'm going to say no. I put poly bushing's in my spacer's, and did the washer mod, and haven't had any topping out or ill effect's from my MarkMc 3" Bilstein combo. It ride's great, handles well, and I haven't had any durability issues out of it so far. For four times the cost, I'd rather put that 1280 towards my 3 link.
