Which shocks for z71s

BDS, ReadyLift, Smaxx... You name it, we know about it here.

If I just run the z71 coils. No blocks on top. Do I need to get the sky jacker n8030 shocks or can I just get regular length Tahoe shocks from sky jacker.

I ran my stock ones with just the z71 springs for awhile and don't recall any issues. Mine doesn't see the abuse that a lot of the ones on here do. You might try running your stock ones for awhile and see how the length works for you in your situation.

Now I am running Z71s with the rough country 3/4" spacer in the rear with the N8030s and if I disconnect my rear sway bar and jack one wheel up I get enough travel with the shock I am afraid the opposite spring may fall out at max flex as it is real loose.

I would just hate for you to get some new stock length shocks and then decide you want a liitle more lift in the rear and then need longer shocks.

That's what I'm worried about. I don't want the springs falling out. I'm more then likely not going up any higher in the rear. I haven't decided if I want to just put the 1.5" block up front or add the top spacer.(I have the 2.5" front lift) I just want it level or a lil rake. I only have 30.5" tires so not looking to go to big
