z71 or skyjacker c25r

BDS, ReadyLift, Smaxx... You name it, we know about it here.

Alright, just a quick question, does anyone have an opinion on which one is better between the skyjacker c25r and the chevy z71 rear springs?

Well....without knowing any background and your mission, the Z71 alone will gain you about 1" of lift through stiffness. Spring length is the same. If you tow reqularly this is a good option as you won't have too much positive rake.

The other is an actual lift spring ( don't know how much offhand) but both springs are the go-to options.

With the C25R IIRC you get about 4" lift. Rear springs are a personal preference. Some like the Z71, others hate them. Have not read anything bad from members here on the C25R.

Better is pretty subjective. Moots and Hardtrails like the skyjacker springs, they were too soft for my liking. I think the bigger question is what do you prefer.
Traditionally I've preferred a stiffer suspension in my vehicles... I don't have a single vehicle with stock suspension and they're all fairly stiffly sprung. A lot of people prefer a softer ride though.

As far as lift goes they are roughly in the same ball park when one is used with spacers and the other not, so there's that.

Thank you all! I don't do any heavy towing at all they are mainly just gonna be for lift so it sounds like I should run the skyjackers and marks 3" block in the front

I've heard nothing but good things about the skyjacker, I think I'm gonna pull the trigger on them! Thanks!

I tow a fairly heavy trailer every other weekend or so in the summer for camping and run the skyjacker springs. I havent ran the Z71 springs but I like the thought of getting rid of the block in the back.

Ya that's what I'm thinking, I won't be towing anything heavy but I do want to get a quad sometime soon.
