I think these are very interesting and I am interested in getting a set of these, I just don't understand it completely, do they completely handle the suspension/lift in the front of the vehicle?

MikeKey was selling his. I don't know if a deal ever went through though. He hasn't been on in a while.

I saw that, but the last comment I saw from him was that he got sentimental and kept the Trailblazer but idk, I have so many decisions to make and I am the most indecisive person.

I still can not make up my mind about getting a body lift or not, I know I want a suspension lift and I'm iffy about the radflos still because of the cost

The nice part about the coilovers is that you aren't going to be topping out the shock constantly and they're valved to control the spring. The ride is pretty good on road and significantly improved off-road comparatively. Although it's more cost up front I think your happiness with the lift will be improved with the coilovers

So let me see if I'm understanding this, with the radflos, you just adjust the lift on the coil over and you just get the suspension lift for the rear but the body lift is installed like normal because it has nothing to do with the suspension

you're correct about the front.
the rear suspension lift is a block that goes on top of your rear springs, raising the rear of the vehicle. Separate from a body lift. Body lift only increases distance between frame/body.

***EDIT***

Just re-read your question. You are correct.
