Is it the right TRE? Do you have a pair of micrometers you can measure it with? Maybe the wrong part put in the packaging? The sleeve won't fit the moog without reaming, it shouldn't even slide over it.

but it does fit Ac Delco perfectly, maybe the aftermarket is smaller. I did have that problem with the bushings in Mevotech being a thousands of an inch off?

I tried an ac delco today at a dealership and it did not fit it same issue a buddy replaced and outer today on his 2500hd and same issue I have the correct inner and outer tie rods so far I've tried it on 9 different inners

I wonder what year you're getting parts for. I recall there being a diameter change similar to our 14/16 mm thread change. I bet you have old 14mm thread tres and you probably need 16mm tres.

I found out the 07 inner will thread into my rack correctly and I did have stock 14mm but it will work so iam happy with tht

01 to 10 2500 hd takes 1144 this is my falut I have always had good luck just pulling part numbers from here and not having to double check them

Sorry, so what was your resolution? You got the 16mm HD tres and it worked fine with your rack and the sleeve?

I called rc today they told me 1103 was a sleeve for 1500 but tht 1144 was the sleeve I needed for an 07 2500 tie rod but they are letting me swap I just have to pay to ship the sleeves back tht I already have

It does seem odd that 2500 would be skinnier than 1500. Maybe someone needs to look into the 1500 TREs!

Hmm I just looked it up and you're correct but that was written with my receipt in my hand with the part number. I could have made a mistake but but thats a weird mistake.
