Got around to installing mine today.
NOTE: I have an LT which has an additional plastic shroud around the fender wells, so this may skew the measurements slightly. I just took a measurement of the plastic and it is about .25", and while the shroud is tight on the fender well, there is no guarantee that there are no gaps between the shroud and the fender well.
Weight:
No body lift, stock bumper, MDB rad skid, MDB oil pan skid
Before:
'83 springs, Bilstein Shocks, Liftmeister 3" spacer
After:
Radflo at 3.25" (see picture below). The picture shows just shy of 3.25", but when I tightened the locking ring on, I took it to 3.25".
All measurements are made with the tire mounted. I measured from the hub center to the fender. For the with weight measurements, both front tires are on the ground. For the without weight measurements, both front tires are off the ground. This should take the swaybar being connected out of the equation. The measurements between driver and passenger sides were surprisingly the same.
Measurements:
Before with weight: 21.5"
Before without weight: 23.5"
After with weight: 22.75"
After without weight: 23.5"
