Should have known better when I saw that the PHX dealer had photos of lifted Yukons on 24"s. But it was either that or Flagstaff, and I really couldn't justify going to Flagstaff to pick up some bushings.
This is an aggressive post. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate a post of this quality and depth.

I did get a little information from my contact at BDS. He said that the following kit could be ordered by your local BDS supplier for the set of 4 bushings. The washers however, he said, were a special order item. He did not give me a part number.

079082-bushing kit, comes with 4 bushings.

IMHO, a product with a known design defect covered by an honest no-fine-print warranty should have retrofit kits sent to all known purchasers at no charge. But I'm a hard-ass it seems.

HA! HA! HA!, No fine print, funny! As long as nothing breaks they back it 100%, all warranty claims can be filed with the head of HR, I think her name is Helen Waite, yeah if you expect them to replace anything they said they would you'll need to go to Helen Waite.

I know most of you guys have Radflos and don't care anymore, but when I got my Mark Mc 3" I started looking into this bushing issue, as they are pretty soft.

It looks like Energy Suspension part number 16.7104r is a polyurethane replacement. I have some ordered and will update when I get them.

Also, I have the new cast version, and he shipped it with bigger washers than what I see in this thread

I wouldn't say most of us have radflos.

I want Radflos lol, buy I have to save to get Bilsteins Hahaha.

Hopefully between the bigger washers, washer spacer idea from James, and these poly bushings I can get some longevity from this setup

Well, I can confirm that these style bushings for the Acura Integra fit in the Mark Mc spacer, they are poly. As for longevity, I'll be installing my lift in a couple weeks...

Make sure you use a fair amount of lithium grease on those bad boys, everyone I've used poly bushings in the past the squeaked like crazy.

Good find, I looked for a poly replacement for weeks and couldn't find em!

It took a bit of detective work. I ran the Monroe part number back to a variety of FWD car's, then picked the one most likely to have a poly bushing lol.

Yes, grease is a must with these, I've had bushings nearly drive me mad.

Well, it's time for me to join this discussion. Five months ago, I had the MarksMC 2.5" lift/level kit installed in my TB EXT, using the original front bushings, with about 90,000 mi. on them. Last night, in a townhouse complex with way too many speed bumps, I heard a clunk from the front. Upon inspection in daylight today, I found the drivers side bushing had opened up. I've read several of the related threads here, and I'm still unsure as to the preferred fix for this issue. Do I replace both sides with new OEM bushings and stock size washers, get aftermarket units with oversize washers, and if so, do BDS bushings work with stock Bilstein struts, or did Jrgunns Acura poly bushings prove to be the answer?

Well that sucks.

I've had my poly bushings on in conjunction with some washers underneath for about a month now. I've put around 4,000 miles on them and haven't had a failure yet. I wheel about as often as you seem to, which is to say as often as I can.

Long-term, I don't know yet. I know many have had success with just the washers alone. As to going back to the OE bushing, the Mark Mc spacer is cast differently, so we are locked into this style of bushing now.

Thanks for the feedback, Jr. It seems that you have the 3" lift, which I think mounts differently from the older 2.5" that I have. The 2.5 is apparently designed to use the OEM mount and bushings, with only a change in the washers, which I didn't get in my slightly used kit. My local tire guy has quoted me $400 CDN (about $300 US) to re and re both sides and do the alignment that I should have done with the lift, which doesn't sound too bad to me, so I'll get it done this coming week.
