Offroad Trailblazers and Envoys

Everything needed to rebuild the front end

BDS, ReadyLift, Smaxx... You name it, we know about it here.

Upper and lower control arms, new springs, new shocks, ball joints, and axles. The only thing else I could do is replace the inner and outer tie rods, which I will be doing before too long, but need a break from buying parts for a while :mechanic:

How much did you pay for all of that?
This is an aggressive post. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate a post of this quality and depth.

You've got it right, if you're gonna do one part, you may as well do it all while you've got it apart. Have fun! :mechanic:

That's what happened. The lower strut mount on the right side was bad, and the upper left control arm was loose. Everything up front is original, so I decided just to do it right.

I have the whole list at work, but I'll try to go from memory and rounding. I bought the Bilstiens from Shockwarehouse, and everything else from Rock Auto using the 5% discount.

Struts: $120
LCA: $305
Axles: $100
UCA: $80
Upper Ball Joints: $75
Coil Springs: $75

With my other cars I've learned to never add up the total when modifying something

That's the plan Roadie. I have a corner in the garage where I can keep everything. Now I just need the time to actually do it :happy whip:
