I thought it appropriate to have this guide here as well, and not just rely on OS for it. Please remember... this is a guide. This will not "GUARANTEE" that your setup will require the mods listed in order not to rub. The sizes/mods posted here have all been used by someone at some point.

If you're running a size that is not listed, or know of some sizes and mods required, post it(them). Include what mods you have done to fit those tires. I will update the initial post with all the sizes posted and I will then STICKY this thread once we've got a good guide going.

16"
265/75/16 (31.6") - Suspension Lift + Wheel Spacers + Minor Trimming

17"
255/75/17 (32.1") - Suspension Lift + Wheel Spacers + Some trimming(hammering)
265/70/17 (31.6") - Suspension Lift + Higher Offset Wheels
305/65/17 (32.6") - Suspension Lift + Body Lift + Higher Offset Wheels + Major Trimming

265/70/17

Wheels: (No wheels spacers)
American Racing "Marin" wheels / +24mm offset / 8" wide / 17"

Lift:
F - BDS 2" strut mount lift kit / Bilstein HD shocks
R- Avalanche shocks and springs, on Smaxx spacers

Cutting or hammering:
NONE

265/75/16 (31.55" diameter)

2.5" suspension lift, 1.3" spacers

Minor wheel well liner trimming. No metal cutting or hammering.

305 65 17 pro comp xtreme mt on 17x9

3 inch body 2.75 suspension and Major trimming. Inner fenders are mostly gone and outer steel id missing a couple inches. Front bumper angle cut a few inches or removed.
I hate to advocate weird chemicals, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone...but
they've always worked for me.
