Spacers for Envoy Denali

I just bought 265 70rfor my 06 envoy denali. I couldnt find much for the 18" wheels what type of spacers i need if any at all.

Same spacers as any other wheel size
I hate to advocate weird chemicals, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone...but
they've always worked for me.
