265/70/17 tires

Will 265/70/17 fit on a stock 2006 TB 4x4 with a wheel offset of +25? Sorry for the question but I ordered tires yesterday and if I can use these I want to switch before they are shipped out.

No you'd need wheel spacers or negative offset. +25 offset would only move the wheels out .3". Stock offset is +35
