Help! Spare rim question

First time poster...be easy...

I'm really interested in buying these stock rims.


But I can't seem to find a set of adapters...from the TB's 6x5 to 6x6.5...

Is there even such a thing?

A very common thing which many of us own. Marks (liftmeister) is very reliable as well as a member/vendor. I used motorsport tech and have been very satisfied with the quality of product. Remember to get them in a thickness of at least 1.5" so you don't have to grind down original lugs. The choice is yours.

Ah, well, I doubt Mark would make those. I know that Motorsport Tech will build you anything you want, just have to place a custom order. Priced reasonably. Motorsport Tech

Any particular reason you want to have those rims? 6x5.5 would be much more common with a larger selection of rims.

Cheap. $20 for a set of 4.

Found them on craigslist...here's the ad...
"Dealer removed from new vehicle. Chevrolete truck wheels with trim rings. Sixteen inch with 6 bolt pattern. $20.00 for set of 4."

I'm thinkin' 20bux and a set of adapters. Can't go wrong. But...6.5 adapters are hard to find.

For that price you could just get some steelies in the size you want, $20 is a great deal if you didn't have to buy the adapters, but if you are looking at adapters/spacers anyway for future mods and larger tires then this would be better.

I was searching for stock TB steelies but everywhere local wants $50-$100 a rim...to rich for my blood. I picked up a set of stock 17in TB rims, but I don't want to go that route anymore.

That's exactly what I was thinking! I was going to pick up the markmc lift in the future. I jumped on Motorsport Tech to see how much adapters would be but I couldn't figure out the thickness and stud size I need to fit this spare rims.

I might just have to pass up on these deal.

You can get Krager 8s for like $60/ea in several patterns.

Seller looked at the wrong stamp. lol. I was very confused by the 6.5

Any how...5.5 bolt pattern. I'll pick them up tomorrow for $20 and pick up a set of 5 to 5.5 adapters. Liftmeister adapters pretty good?

Yeah the liftmeister/MarkMC stuff is what most of us are using and it's held up through years and years of outright abuse in some of our setups. He's got really good customer service too. You can buy with confidence.
