275/65/17 Tires

So the sticky says that this size of tires will work with a 1.5" spacer and no lift kit or trimming.

I want to pull the trigger and buy spacers and these tires for some 17" wheels that I can dig up somewhere, but I was wondering if anyone as personal experience with this tire size and fitting it with no lift kit and if so, did you run into any issues fitting this setup? Is there rub when you turn...? Anything.

To clarify here is the the line pasted from the sticky:

275/65/17 31.07 10.83 Y N N N N

Thanks for any and all help guys.

I know the largest we can fit with NO lift is 265/6o-17 and the 16s equivalent. More than likely you'll rub when turning. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Well considering where you appeared to pull the data from the sticky will show who all is using that tire size it would be accurate. With that said YMMV depending on the actual tire
