Donny, it still took them over 3 weeks to wrap this up. This is a freaking tire not a roof rack or your AC compressor. Back when it was your DD it could have had an impact on your business etc. I can see them not covering it, they weren't really bound by it based on their warranty. It is more the fact that it took 8 days to get back to you the first time and 2 weeks the 2nd time. I think you were right, they were hoping that you would go away or buy a replacement tire.
