Looking for a place to go offroad?

Dumping ground for offroad Trailblazer or Envoy general discussion.

This link fell into my lap yesterday. Its a decent list of the "top 5" trails in a good number of US states.

http://www.partcatalog.com/blog/2014-to ... n-america/

I'll have to start checking out some of the places around me. Seems like it could be a good resource, especially if you're looking for something new in your area.

It was actually emailed to me by the author of the list, with the suggestion that I post it. Seemed good enough to post.

TO me the list is pathetic there are more "Trails" in Michigan than just Offroad Parks. Hell Drummond Island is by far THE BEST OFFROADING Michigan has to offer.

MI rocks. The Badlands in IN has something for everyone also.
Be careful of that OFFRIADING though. Lol

I guess I just thought it'd potentially be a good place for people to start looking.

Don't get me wrong I like the list and think it s great way to start looking as JD said. I feel that the list it bias towards Offroad Parks and over looking the other offroading possibility's.

Funny. Too many trails listed for Oregon are outside the state including one 15 hour drive from Portland.

New Jersey 3 out of 5 are outside the state (no surprise). Ohio: 5 out of 5 are outside the state. Har.

The state of Georgia doesn't even have any parks listed in the state, It's all Alabama.
