Here are a few pictures of my bronco. The guy I bought it from got it Rhino Lined, He said it was around $1500. He may have been trying to up sell me, but it holds up amazing off road. The only 2 downsides #1 - Really really really hard to get it clean, there will always be a "shadow" of where the mud was. #2 - Really expensive to match the rest of the body if you have to replace a door. :( ....but seriously really hard to get rid of the "Mud ghosting"

Some guy backed into the passenger door with his trailer, the door had to be replaced, but the Liner only had a scratch.

Leave the door on a trail rig n use money on...tires...lockers....motor.
I hate to advocate weird chemicals, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone...but
they've always worked for me.

I agree, beside you could removed the inner part of the door and push the very thin door panel back out. Not sure I'd bother doesn't look bad at all.

The original door got cut into a half door. The lock and latch was a little messed up. I carry a gun, and wanted to make sure no one was getting in there if I had to leave a firearm inside the truck. Me and my brother found an f100 with a 460 and 9" rear end and have been swapping over that stuff for the last few months. Long story short if I had the cash to line the TB, I wouldn't think twice.
