after building my envoy xl piece by piece, i have learned a few things. first off tires sizes that will fit, 255s will fit with no lift or spacers, you add those 2 and you will have to trim a bit of front fender on an envoy xl. 265s will fit great will stock rims and spacers and lift. Add rims that have an offset that sticks out further much more cutting is required. Just added AR fuel wheels, just about stole them from discount tire, they bought em for someone and they didnt fit their car, so got 4 brand new for $250 shipped. Wondering what you guys think, my tires are sticking out 2 inches from the top of the fender and almost 4 from the bottom, do I go even wider or try find an aggressive 265/75/17? tough call for me so thought i would ask. will add pic shortly

Great deal on the wheels, now you might want to get one more so your full size spare fits to. That is about a 33" tire so it should do fine. All depends on what you plan to do. Do you know what your gearing is?

Are you saying that you got a 255/75/17 to fit without wheel spacers? I have to see it to believe it.

Ok, for future reference, please include all 3 numbers whenever referring to a tire.
