The new Yota 4runner looks nice in overland trim:

But doesn't appear any better than a TB - at least to me.

Man, I gotta keep up a gruff outside to shake the ankle-biting noobs off on the OS. Here I'm gruff because you're all comrades in arms and far fewer than half of you need to be encouraged to use search first. I only ask for a chance to vent my sarcasm on the worst offenders, but I'm generous to those who prove their worthiness. :woot:

You know why if you've seen Princess Bride:

Teebes and I DID get together and wheel with the ultimate pathfinder JamesDub last year. That's where I broke my first tie rod end. The trail report was posted here and on the OS if I'm not mistaken.

Since many others have been throwing around shout-outs to their Offroadtb heroes I will too. I stumbled upon James' build thread after buying my TB and google searching off-road trailblazer back before this site really took off as a forum and since then it has remained the epitome of what I envision for my Trailblazer.

I believe it's from a mesa in Utah in the Glen Canyon NRA, overlooking lake Powell. Just don't know which mesa.

Pictures like that make me wish I lived out west. PA has cool scenery, but nothing like that.

I googled the name on the side of it (anautica expedition) but most of the info is french and i didnt feel like translating it but it looks like a sick rigrig

After a bit of searching and some dumb luck, I found the answer. The picture was taken from Alstom Point towards Lake Powell. Lat/Long: 37.058886,-111.364725

This is one of the trucks that started my infatuation with off roading...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dLvlfAyduvA
I watch Top Gear all the time and that was probably one of my favorite episodes.

This guy has some cool ideas. I might take his neon idea for low level lighting. Already stole the breather thing.
