This is actually a race that I help run and setup the ham communications for. The video I took was actually on April 19th for tear-down when I finally remembered to start my "dash" camera.

Yeah, I forgot to turn the cam on when I hit a half mile trail of soft sand. I have a few events that I do that take me off of the beaten path, so hopefully I will get more videos of my adventures.

Yeah the stabilization is all in the camera which is a JVC Everio MG630AU.
The race is a 120 mile relay race (on foot) from just out side of Baker, CA through the edge of Death Valley in Las Vegas, NV. Here is a brief history of the race http://b2v.org/history.htm.
