Hey fellas,
Haven't been on in a bit. I had yet another great trip up to waters Michigan, wich again Caleb was unable to attend... Punk.

There is the national guard aireal gunnery and bombing range by the cabin up there wich is a MASSIVE area wich has a plethora of trails! I did not branch out and check all them out. I did make a 17 mile treck into the middle of nowhere. Found a lake out there. It's all public land and with a permit from the DNR office is completely campable. I arrived late Friday night and unpacked in the a.m.

I made a short run back there Saturday morning just to check out the terrain. Later on we went to the pool with the kids which in turn tuckered them out. On the way home I went for the long haul

The road out was full of random sand traps, which I'd assume are from military vehicles of all shapes and sizes.

As my trip time dwindled due to the sleeping children and nothing for them, the trail became more and more narrow

On my way back I began hearing a nice chirp comeing from the drivers side. Thought it was my breaks but I drove holding the peddle down and nothing changed donut had to be my hub.

I was correct. With some improvising I managed to change it out when I got back to the cabin.i plan to return in September for a more indepth look into the rest of the lands to see where the trails head and what little tricks they have for me. I'm hopeing to get a couple others up with me so if anyone is intrested ur more than welcome! Happy trailing everybody :flex dirty:

Looks like a good time! The truck looks great!

Did you hit any deep water during your trail riding? I ask that because that tends to be what destroys wheel bearings (well, at least, the good quality ones).

No, they were bout due time for a change before I went up. I did one minuts befor I left to go up. Brought the old one just in case and I'm glad I did! . Thanks james I'll wait to hit water till I beef up the door seals and make a snorkel. As soon as I close on my house I'll go to town on water proofing and snorkel makeing because for some odd reason I want to drive though water real bad!!!
