Proof that Teebes is not just a bot or an elaborate hoax constructed by Bill...

My truck is under the knife and we met for dinner and "outfitting," so no pics of both trucks.

In the truck, he's surprisingly low key... I expected more antics from a dog named "Speed"

Haha maybe there is some giant hamster cage in the back of the TB which is connected to the rear axle.

Actually I was there in a lowered, neon green VW Turbo Beetle. :finger:

Who do you think took the picture?

"Wind up..." Do you mean that motorized spoiler thing that comes up at 45mph? Yeah, it's got that. Shit's like VTEC.

My wife drives it like it's stolen. She'll glue you to the door going around a turn. I had to put a rear sway bar on it since she was lifting the inside rear tires around turns. Coilovers next I think.

Edit: Dammit Teebes, come post in here. Your thread is WAAAAAY off track.

No the stick on thing that makes it look like a wind up toy.

Glad to finally meet you, Donny (and Fam). On my way back down we'll have to do some :camping: :flex dirty: Border crossing was no problem, just took a while. Such a contrast with crossing the Mexico / USA border. They tossed the truck and trailer pretty thoroughly (except the RTT), kinda funny watching them figure out the latching mechanism on the trailer doors. The truck / trailer are getting quite a few thumbs-up and random questions; pointing people to adventureTrailer.com and ExpoPortal daily. One guy mentioned something about a trailer build-up on Extreme 4x4, I must have missed that episode (maybe it was recent).

Made it to Prince Rupert, BC early this morning after a 19hr drive. WTF. I'm taking a Ferry from PR -> Haines, it departs in a few hours and I wanted to be certain I was here early. I'm looking forward to some downtime on the boat after driving 2900 miles the past 5 days, of which only ~5 miles have been offroad. Note to self, Pismo Beach sucks.

BC is spectacular. Found a random campsite right along a river, completely free, no annoying camp host and only a few camp sites occupied. I was starting a fire when I turned around to find a cowboy ride by and start up a conversation. A joint in one hand while the other was occupied with a flask and the horse's reigns :friday: I've never heard so many eh's before; sentences started, ended and had numerous eh's scattered in between.

I'm camped out at Tim Hortons sucking down caffeine and wifi right now. Hockey is on, apparently the channel TSN is mandatory 24x7 if you own a TV in these parts. Time for a cat nap and walking around town.

:need pics:

I had to. Thanks for the check-in! Any chance of posting a link to your spot map? It'd be great being able to follow your progress.

Glad you're finally getting away from it all!

I know, I know (lol'ing at your bigfoot pic, too)... Too much driving lately, pictures will be forthcoming in the next few days. I've been war-driving for decent wifi speeds, but they are mostly blah. I miss my 4G. The link in the opening post is kinda hard to distinguish, here's a direct link: http://expeditionrated.com/map/

Heading to the boat in a few, Adios Canada.
